 Niagara Wine Trail Tour Package: Overnight stay and Limousine Wine Trail Tour through – www.villagewinetours.com. Minimum 8 people Includes: A five hour limousine tour- complimentary wine and snacks in limo- free tastings at five wineries and lunch at: Spring Lake Winery. $64 /person plus discounted rooms, includes a full served gourmet breakfast. Weekend rates: One night Main House: 8 people- Three rooms with Queen beds and One room with two twins: $350. Two nights Main House: $650. Weekday Rates: Main house - One night 8 people: $300. 2 nights $570. Guests are welcome to congregate in all common areas of the house- good times! ( Room prices not including taxes.) Add carriage house suites to accommodate up to 12 people. Please Inquire.

Group Packages: Main House (Accommodates 8 people).  Weekdays $300 for one night.  Two nights $570.  Weekends: $350 for one night.  Two nights $650.  Includes full served breakfast.  Taxes not included. You can add carriage house suites to accommodate up to 12 people. Please inquire.

Suite Packages: Victoria ’s Suite or Royal Night’s Quarters- (Nov-April) 2 nights: $130/ night. Three nights $115/night. Four nights $105 per night.  Travel with another couple and SAVE MORE. Second suite minimum 2 nights $99.00/night.

Hors D’oeuvre Parties: “Perfect for a Holiday Get Together” Offered to any group of 6 or more guests. Pick five appetizers from the menu and set a time. Twenty dollars per person, Includes Complimentary Dessert. Bring your own alcoholic beverages. If you’d like to add a wine tasting from one of our local wineries (limited availability). High Tea Package: Stay overnight and receive 10% off Afternoon High Tea. Please reserve in advance. (View tea room)

Relaxation Retreat: decompress with a massage from Julie Nicklas or Nancy McKay: $60- $80 per hour. Receive $10 off any service (except waxing) at Seyant Esthetique (www.seyantesthetique.com). Please Inquire if you’d like a mobile spa to come to the Bed and Breakfast for 6 or more people.

Girls/Boys Night Out:  The Village Pub or Brickyard. Packages include buffet and open bar. Please inquire for groups of 8 or more.

Small Weddings-Showers- Re-Union Parties- etc.: Tea Room, Main House, and outside areas available. Catering can be provided.

Art Park Discount : 10% off when you show your ticket stub for a concert or event at Art Park. Tuesdays & Wednessdays July and August: Free concerts at Art Park (rooms already discounted).  www.artpark.net.
